looks tastey, i’ll have to plant me an egg to get me some eggplant for to attempt to make it. Hopefully its survives unlike my shoe tree

It just amazes me how you can accomplish so much in such a tiny space! I make this dish at home, it is one of my “specialties”, but oh, such a mess I have to clean up! Great job!

Yes, it is delish..there is an old joke about it being a chickens butt (egg-plant) lol.. but it’s a vegetable and man it was great

Man, I’ve never tried eggplant, but I’d be willing to try it like that! Looks good!
